Our beef is 100% grass-fed, 100% of the time.
We raise our animals on pasture right here on our family farm, and we practice rotational grazing — good for the land, good for the animals, and good for you! During the growing season, the cattle are moved every day to fresh grass on our certified organic pastures, and fed only organic hay (dried grass) during the winter. Our cattle are renowned for high-quality meat that finishes with excellent flavor and tenderness without any grain.
We’re not a factory so we have to work with nature, and for 2023, that means our grass-fed steaks will not be available until August. Steaks are made available to our CSA subscribers first, so you’ll get them as part of your seasonal beef box as soon as we have them!
Feb-April: Shank (~2lb), Chuck Roast(~2.5 lb), Short ribs (~2 lb)
May-July: Burgers(4 6oz patties) + Kebabs (1 lb)
August-Oct: 2 steaks /mt
